No. You can check supplier lists and single items without Seller Central, including the calculation, Keepa charts and risk signals. You only need a seller account once you actually want to list and sell.

CSV, Excel, Numbers and ODS. You can also paste a supplier email or a table as plain text. In both cases the AI picks up the identifiers (ASIN, EAN, UPC, ISBN) and the cost price, you confirm the mapping and start the scan. A supplier SKU is carried along for display, matching always runs on the identifiers.

Germany, the UK, France, Italy and Spain. You pick the markets per import, and the same list runs against every market you selected. Each result carries its market, so you filter and sort without splitting the file. Every extra market costs one additional lookup per row.

You copy the mail text and paste it in, without tidying the list up first. The AI pulls the item rows with ASIN, EAN, UPC or ISBN, the cost price and any VAT hints. From there the same Keepa match runs as for a file upload, and you land in the same list with margin, ROI and profit.

Fulfilment FBA or FBM, storage months, prep fee, FBM shipping, cost price, sale price and quantity. The referral fee counts in, and for media the variable closing fee as well. You set the values for the whole list and override them per item where needed. List, item detail, extension and Excel export use the same formulas, so the numbers do not drift apart.

On the import detail page you set a minimum ROI in percent, a minimum margin in percent, minimum monthly sales and a maximum BSR. Sorting runs on net profit, ROI, margin, price, sales or BSR, with BSR available ascending and descending. The BSR refers to the main category, not the niche rank. Monthly sales can be the official Amazon figure or an estimate.

When Amazon shows monthly sales, you see that official figure. If it is missing, we estimate units from the BSR with a power law learned from items that do have an official Amazon value. The estimate stays an estimate, not a promise. On a very poor BSR the value can stay empty.

Purchase VAT is set globally, sale VAT per market. For the cost price you switch between gross and net instead of keeping two columns in a spreadsheet. If a file or mail carries a rate per row (VAT, MwSt or USt with a usual rate), Arbitron takes it over for that item. When there is no hint, nothing gets guessed and your default rate stays in place.

You see whether Amazon is in the current offers or held Buy Box share in the last 30 days, where current offers take priority and only one level is shown. On top of that come Buy Box monopoly over 90 days, seller count, monthly sales, BSR, package weight above 5 kg, very few reviews and adult products. The 90-day price level compares the current landed price against the time-weighted average, while the Idealo gap stays on the item price. AI adds IP risk, PL risk and the Arbitron Score.

Express checks a list right away and is capped at 750 lookups per list. Standard runs in the background queue and gives you much more volume: 20,000 lookups per month on Pro and 200,000 on Max. Express sits at 3,000 lookups per month on Pro and 20,000 on Max. Each list stays at 750 rows, or 2,000 on Max, and every extra market counts as its own lookup.

Yes. You paste the mail or upload the file, work through the list with filters and the item detail, then export it from the import detail as Excel. The file carries identifiers, cost price, sale price, fees, VAT, profit, ROI and margin, with the profit columns written as live formulas. Change the cost price in Excel and the row recalculates with the same formulas as the interface. For single items there is Excel, CSV and JSON as well.

List analysis sits in Pro and Max, including the Excel export of an imported list. Basic covers product search, calculator, Keepa charts, extension and the Excel export of single items, but no list imports. So the wholesale export needs an import from Pro or Max.

No. You do not need your own Keepa subscription or an extra account. Keepa data is included in the price.

When you load an item fresh, you get live data. In the item detail you can fetch live data again at any time. Cached items in the detail view are at most 4 days old. A finished list is not refreshed automatically.

No. Product names and manufacturer-specific article numbers are not processed. Matching runs on ASIN, EAN, UPC or ISBN. A supplier SKU can travel with the row for display only.

As long as you want to keep them. Delete a list yourself and it is gone immediately, with nothing kept after that.

No. Uploaded lists and purchase prices are not used to train AI models.
